Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key store operational processes, including investigating and root-causing inventory accuracy issues.
  • •Champion operational standards using business performance data and support sell-through by coordinating accurate inventory counts and labor hours for product deliveries.
  • •Represent the business in meetings and partner with the General Manager to review, monitor, and plan using budget and performance metrics (e.g., expenses, sell-through).
  • •Lead and coach the Operations team, ensuring alignment with ALO’s mission and guiding principles and establishing talent development and succession planning.
  • •Oversee execution of deliverables on the ALO Sales and Service Model and collaborate cross-functionally to protect operational efficiency and support organizational goals.
