•Collaborate with Ground Software, System Engineering, and Program Management to design, implement, and test ground segments.
•Develop and document ground architecture best practices and ensure engineers follow them while improving workflows and reuse across programs.

Key Requirements

•At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s "Exploring Leadership" course.
•4+ years of directly relevant aerospace industry experience.
•Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship); final Top Secret clearance required post-start.
•Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical discipline.
•5+ years working on satellite ground/spacecraft systems.
