Key Responsibilities

•Own all digital acquisition activity across the LATAM region — defining the strategy, setting the roadmap, and driving execution across paid and organic channels
•Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms) across LATAM markets, ensuring campaigns are locally relevant and commercially sharp
•Own the digital marketing budget for the region — managing allocation, forecasting spend, and accountability to ROAS targets and CAC benchmarks
•Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance continuously — translating insights into clear actions for the business
•Lead the website experience agenda for LATAM — owning landing page strategy, CRO, A/B testing, and regional web revamps to support acquisition

Key Requirements

•6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in performance/growth marketing, ideally in fintech/payments or high-growth tech
•360° digital marketer with paid, SEO, website conversion, and organic acquisition experience
•Highly data-literate with dashboards, attribution models, and campaign data
•Deep expertise in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) across multi-market LATAM
•Proven experience managing digital marketing budgets with focus on efficiency, ROAS, and CAC
