Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for teams managing product movement inbound/outbound across TRR locations, ensuring SLA and KPI achievement and pursuing operational efficiencies.
  • •Manage senior-level communication of network performance and summarize the business impact of initiatives.
  • •Identify, execute, and drive network changes to enhance customer/consignor experience while delivering cost efficiencies.
  • •Build and maintain models for shipping P&L and key metrics; coordinate cross-functionally to interpret findings and recommend actions to executives.
  • •Manage and negotiate with third-party carriers (small parcel and LTL) to evolve logistics partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of total experience, with 2-3 years in management consulting, finance, or similar analytical roles.
  • •Experience in ecommerce fulfillment, retail transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • •Ability to manage operational details while also understanding the big picture.
  • •Strong quantitative analysis and modeling, plus creative problem-solving and cross-functional project management.
