Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and resolving complex client servicing issues.
  • •Ensure efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions, coaching tellers to meet operational standards.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a banker for deeper discussions.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, observing, and coaching tellers, and ensuring branch compliance.
  • •Support the Branch Manager with onboarding and training new tellers; follow compliance, audit, and security procedures and balance cash drawer within guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •3+ years of experience in superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •3+ years of experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks (required).
