Job Summary

Partner with Sales across the full sales cycle to deliver MCU technical expertise and turn customer designs into revenue. Identify product and solution opportunities, understand customer MCU requirements, and propose TI or third-party software-enabled solutions. Recommend and implement system processor solutions, provide embedded system architecture and troubleshooting support, and collaborate with sales and product teams to capture new business and improve competitive understanding through customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales to provide MCU technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and gain customer credibility.
•Win new customer design commitments and support ongoing design activity to take designs to revenue.
•Understand customer MCU requirements and propose solutions using TI, customer, or third-party software.
•Recommend and implement system processor solutions in a consultative role, working with sales and product teams to capture and grow processor business.
•Provide system-level architecture support and debug complex embedded systems, including hardware/software interaction and validation using development tools and test equipment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (minimum education).
•Minimum of XX years of experience.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong presentation skills, with ability to effectively relate materials to customers.
•Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate across functions and drive results.
