Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from the press, stack and place on pallets, ensure correct pallet loading, and print pallet labels with Pecas.
  • •Verify job docket and setup sheet information, review completed work for quality and accuracy, and notify operators of any problems or errors.
  • •Support press downtime (webbing the press, assisting operators) and perform press area cleanup including mopping and disposal of rags, blades, and trash.
  • •Perform make-ready tasks such as purging product, changing impression rollers, installing/removing print unit cassettes, and setting up doctor blades safely.
  • •Maintain OHSE/PPE compliance, handle hazardous materials/waste correctly, and comply with cGMP, HACCP, and chain of custody requirements while working as part of the press crew.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 years related production experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability with the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing, stooping, bending, reaching, and balancing.
  • •Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of company equipment.
  • •Ability to rotate shifts as required and be available to work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
  • •Use close vision, depth perception, and manual dexterity to safely manipulate product and equipment.
