Job Summary

Own key cluster finance activities, including monthly closing, MIS, operational finance, and stakeholder coordination. Drive accuracy, actionable insights, and process efficiency while acting as the bridge between the business, the Finance Manager, and shared services. Prepare and validate financial reporting (MIS packs, variance analysis, commentary), support planning and forecasting (budget, rolling forecasts, scenarios), and improve processes via Excel-based automation and standardized templates.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead monthly book closing activities for the cluster and monitor closing timelines.
•Coordinate with Shared Services (GL team) to ensure accuracy and completeness; review accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
•Prepare and review monthly MIS packs with variance analysis and provide financial commentary on revenue trends and margin movements.
•Support planning and forecasting including budget preparation, rolling forecasts, business plans, financial models, and scenario analysis.
•Design Excel-based tools/dashboards/macros and drive automation for MIS preparation, revenue calculations, and tracking mechanisms.

Key Requirements

•4–7 years of experience in finance (FP&A/business finance preferred).
•Experience in healthcare / multi-site operations is a strong advantage.
•Independently manage core cluster finance functions including closing, MIS, and operational finance.
•Coordinate with Shared Services (GL team) to ensure accuracy and completeness of financials.
•Provide stakeholder coordination to drive accuracy, insights, and process efficiency.
