Senior Specialist - Wires & RTP

Provide production support for Real Time Payments (RTP) and wire transfer transactions across Key’s network. Research and investigate wire requests and cases using internal systems, handle customer service calls to initiate and inquire about transfers, and perform secondary review and release for high-value wires. Serve as a subject matter expert by improving procedures, collaborating on reporting and metrics, identifying suspicious activity, and supporting training for new staff.
