Job Summary

Process vendor invoices and customer invoices while keeping AP/AR activity accurate across multiple entities and markets. Run payments (ACH, wire, check), apply and reconcile cash receipts, resolve discrepancies, and support collections. Assist with the monthly close through AP/AR reconciliations, accruals, and audit-ready documentation while following internal controls and helping identify automation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Process vendor invoices end to end, verify and code to the correct GL account and entity, and route for approval
•Prepare and execute payment runs (ACH, wire, check) across multiple entity bank accounts
•Generate customer invoices, apply cash receipts, and reconcile against open receivables
•Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing/discrepancies by researching and responding to vendor and customer inquiries
•Support monthly close with AP/AR reconciliations, accruals, audit-ready documentation, and internal controls while flagging exceptions and identifying automation improvements

Key Requirements

•2+ years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience
•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
•Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and the AP/AR cycle
•Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills to manage high transaction volumes
•Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new accounting systems
