Job Summary

Lead the complete PMC assignment for transmission lines, HVAC substations, and HVDC terminal station packages, ensuring safe delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements. Act as the principal point of contact for consultants, clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, and stakeholders. Own planning, mobilization, risk management, interface coordination (civil/electrical/HVDC/SCADA/protection), progress reviews, contractor claims, and construction close-out.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the principal point of contact between the consultant, client, EPC contractors, OEMs, and other stakeholders.
•Establish the Project Execution Plan, organization structure, responsibility matrix, communication protocol, and reporting arrangements.
•Lead mobilization and deployment of PMC resources across transmission line sections, substations, and HVDC terminal stations.
•Coordinate interfaces across transmission line, substation, HVDC, civil, electrical, mechanical, protection, SCADA, telecom, quality, HSE, and contractual matters.
•Monitor progress, manage deviations with recovery/acceleration plans, review contractor submissions/claims, and lead construction-completion, energization-readiness, and handover close-out reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
•Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in EHV transmission line and substation projects.
•Demonstrated experience leading at least one major 400 kV/765 kV transmission or substation project.
•Experience with HVDC, GIS, large power transformers, reactors, and control and protection systems.
•Working knowledge of project controls, contracts, quality management, HSE, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
