•Lead and manage structural engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, regulatory standards, and project timelines.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
•Conduct detailed structural analysis and design, including seismic and stress analysis, to ensure robust engineering solutions.
•Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and calculations to uphold accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards.
•Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to integrate structural engineering solutions within overall project requirements.

•Ability to mentor technicians, graduates and junior engineers and lead a team on complex projects
