Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary business-facing process owner for Construction Accounting, partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable process designs and track KPIs.
  • •Own SAP Project System (PS) strategy and governance, establishing standards for project structures and leading evaluation and delivery of enhancements.
  • •Lead hands-on design and support of integrations between SAP and commercial project management, job costing, and field operations systems, ensuring data integrity across applications.
  • •Serve as business process owner for bid-to-project integration, configuring and optimizing integration between SAP and estimating platforms including Bid2Win.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP functional analysts/consultants, managing workshops, roadmaps, risks, and change management for rollouts and upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of overall SAP experience, with 5+ years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
  • •Strong hands-on functional experience with SAP Project System (PS), including project definition, WBS, networks, milestones, cost planning, and budgeting.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating SAP PS with commercial project management, job costing, and bidding/estimating platforms such as Bid2Win.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating SAP PS with FI/CO to ensure accurate project financial postings and reporting.
