Job Summary

Support the internal consulting team by analyzing real estate supply and operational performance to drive growth across multiple cities. Identify bottlenecks across the supply funnel, build and maintain operational dashboards for conversion and efficiency, and use SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources. Translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders while partnering closely with Operations, Growth, City Leads, and Strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform in-depth analysis of real estate supply, including agents, properties, portfolios, and performance by area/cohort.
•Provide analytical support to define and prioritize growth initiatives with the internal consulting team.
•Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards for supply, performance, conversion, and efficiency.
•Use SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
•Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact of growth initiatives, translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, analytics, or strategy.
•Previous consulting experience (strategic or operational) or highly analytical startup/scale-up experience.
•Strong proficiency in SQL.
•Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
