Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of Coach. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to brand style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations including transactions, cash wrap, inventory processing/replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining stockroom organization and cleanliness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 32,000 - 38,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS with basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and mobile POS; ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
