Operate inserting, printing, and metering machines to process Fifth Third mailings daily. Ensure jobs are produced, balanced, printed, inserted, sorted, and delivered on time by coordinating with management and maintaining constant communication with the team. Train new employees, perform quality checks, meet service levels, complete paperwork and reports, and follow safety procedures while optimizing efficiency and cost effectiveness.

•Proficiently operate inserting, printing, and metering machines to produce and balance daily jobs.
•Perform all functions within Print/Mail Operations, including Insert, Printing, Metering, and mailing.
•Work closely with management on day-to-day operations and maintain constant communication with the team to deliver items on time.
•Train new employees and serve as a departmental resource for ongoing questions and problem solving.
•Ensure service levels, perform quality checks, maintain safety procedures, and ensure timely completion of paperwork and reports.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•One (1) year of work-related experience in a production environment.
•Knowledge of printing, insertion and/or metering equipment (desirable).
•Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills.
•Intermediate PC skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
