Key Responsibilities

  • •Review Murphy’s voice agent call flows, scripts, and negotiation logic, flagging anything that doesn’t match real collections desk practice.
  • •Validate cadence, cure-rate assumptions, settlement/negotiation ranges, and escalation paths against real-world experience.
  • •Stress-test edge cases including disputes, renegotiation, hardship, and repeat promises-to-pay, including regulatory triggers.
  • •Advise on compliance risk, tone, channel mix, and acceptable vs. abusive contact-frequency norms in the UAE.
  • •Share anonymized examples, scripts, and playbooks in periodic working sessions with product and engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in collections.
  • •Current or recent (≤2 years) experience at a named bank, DCA, servicer, or BPO.
  • •Experience owning creditor-side process (placement strategy, make-vs-buy decisions, portfolio oversight) or running the floor (cadence, scripts, cure rates, agent incentives).
  • •A title of Manager, Team Lead, Head, Director, or VP (front-line agent/officer/advisor titles only qualify if you’ve moved into managing a team).
  • •Fluent Arabic; working English or Spanish for internal team sessions.
