Key Responsibilities

  • •Create accurate 3D BIM models.
  • •Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from 3D BIM models for complex structural projects.
  • •Annotate, dimension, and detail production drawings in line with AECOM standards.
  • •Set up and manage large sheet sets with revisions/markups and produce plots to PDF/DWG/paper.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a related discipline (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, etc.) is preferred.
  • •4–8 years of experience is preferred.
  • •Experience and understanding of REVIT Structure and AutoCAD Architecture, including interfacing with REVIT Architecture and MEP.
  • •Thorough understanding of building components for intelligently and efficiently modeling structural components to maintain structural model integrity.
  • •Experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, TEKLA, Dynamo, and BIM platform data exchanges is preferred.
