Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the French Solutions Engineering (SE) team, including performance evaluations, training, guidance, disciplinary actions, and interviewing.
  • •Define core FY objectives, strategy, and priorities for engineers for the assigned SE team.
  • •Partner with management to plan quarterly and yearly headcount to scale the SE organization to meet goals.
  • •Manage candidate recruitment in collaboration with HR.
  • •Drive customer and partner execution: solution messaging/roadmap, escalation planning, market trend and competition analysis, and product feasibility support for sales.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or BA degree required or relevant work experience.
  • •Several years of experience managing technical SEs in a management role.
  • •Thorough understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery.
  • •Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to articulate complex technologies.
  • •Fluent English (verbal and written).
