Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Engage the team with coaching, development, and performance management while setting expectations and goals.
  • •Prevent and resolve conflict, monitor adherence to systems/policies/procedures, and ensure appropriate staffing to meet KPIs.
  • •Implement and lead the Incident Management program at HQ locations, serving as a key facilitator during emergencies.
  • •Direct processes for Safe & Secure Technology (badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts) and ensure accurate incident recording with after-action reviews and root-cause recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience in physical security operations and/or loss prevention.

  • •Crisis Management Leadership experience; valid driver’s license and insurable DMV required.
