Key Responsibilities

  • •Support credentialing or payer enrollments operations, maintaining and optimizing workflows as Nourish expands into new payers and functions.
  • •Assist in building the credentialing program for Nourish’s network of medical providers and providers’ credentialing needs.
  • •Own the end-to-end cycle of payer enrollment applications for new and existing providers under Nourish contracts (for enrollment track).
  • •Streamline credentialing processes by suggesting automation or new tools, optimizing steps, and ensuring smooth workflows.
  • •Develop SOPs for payer enrollments/credentialing, manage and uptrain the contract credentialing team, track enrollment/credentialing metrics, and run RD credentialing communications.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a payer enrollment and/or credentialing role.
  • •Familiarity with payer enrollment and credentialing processes and payer/accreditation requirements across provider types, including Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and therapists.
  • •Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across roles and teams.
  • •Meticulous organization and strong attention to detail.
  • •Tech-savvy and open to learning and using new technologies.
