Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows.
  • •Work directly with customers (you’ll be visiting their offices with us) to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • •Prototype and integrate AI pipelines (e.g., retrieval‑augmented generation) to prove out new workflows.
  • •Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. You’ll shape our engineering culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

  • •A CS degree from a top university
  • •Strong product sense
