•Acquire new corporate customers
•Implement strategies for retaining customers while increasing their volume with Capi
•Drive revenue growth
•Map out the competitive landscape locally (Track competitor pricing) and where Capi Money’s value proposition lies
•Refine our sales pitch and build compelling sales materials
•Test different acquisition channels and build new processes to scale the ones that work
•Be the voice of the customer - and work with our product and ops team to make sure we are meeting the needs and expectations of our customers, in a localised way

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a Sales leadership position in a high-performing fintech or startup environment
•Results-driven mindset
•Highly resourceful and organized
•Ability to work independently
•Location: Bamako, Mali; Language requirements: English (work-level) and French (fluent)
