•Observe the lounge area, uphold the ambiance, and provide attentive, superior guest service.

•Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, and demonstrating strong verbal and interpersonal communication.
•Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
