Junior Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Poland)

Assist in the end-to-end user acquisition process for high-volume paid channels, from campaign setup and creative iteration to data analysis and reporting. Work closely with the CMO to optimize performance across DSPs, track funnels, and translate insights into actionable creative briefs, with autonomy and guidance from senior leadership in a fast-paced remote environment.
