  • •Oversee credit administration processes including documentation exception management, annual borrower reviews, credit risk reporting, and support for criticized and workout assets.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert on commercial loan documentation, operational controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters.
  • •Support audits, regulatory examinations, record retention requirements, and operational risk management initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit administration, loan operations, or commercial loan documentation.
  • •Strong knowledge of commercial lending documentation, collateral perfection, UCC filings, flood regulations, and related compliance requirements.
  • •Experience supporting internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and risk management activities.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience supervising, coaching, and developing employees.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
