Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the company’s people strategy, systems, procedures, and policies.
  • •Coordinate People functions and maintain oversight of employee recruitment, selection, and placement.
  • •Develop remuneration and reward packages and procedures, and implement and evaluate performance management systems.
  • •Lead employee training and learning and development, and improve management/employee communications.
  • •Drive industrial relations, Code of Business Conduct implementation, HR compliance, and adherence to employment and labor laws.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations.
  • •Professional qualifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, CHRP or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • •Master's degree in Human Resources Management (HRM).
  • •At least 10 years of working experience in a similar role, with 3 years in a senior people role.
