Job Summary

Lead overall plant production to achieve safety, quality, service, waste, cost-out, and productivity targets. Provide hands-on leadership for a mid-sized facility with 3–5 direct reports, managing people, materials, equipment, and manufacturing systems. Drive KPI performance, continuous improvement, CI culture, and process control by ensuring SOPs, training, budgeting, capital planning, and maintenance programs support reliable, cost-efficient operations. Partner on new machine installations, start-ups, and human capital development.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a safety leader to establish and maintain EHS policies and programs, and participate in incident investigations.
•Identify opportunities to improve performance by creating, reviewing, and monitoring data against KPIs for safety, quality, waste, and productivity.
•Coordinate with planning and maintenance to maximize maintenance programs and prioritize PM schedules to ensure mechanical performance.
•Oversee production associate development through training/continuous skill improvement and perform human capital management for direct reports.
•Ensure compliance with safety/product safety/fire protection policies and manage process control initiatives by maintaining effective manufacturing SOPs and records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,200 - 193,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
•5+ years of relevant experience in a production environment.

•Strong customer service mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills.
