Key Requirements

  • •Grow a zero-to-one product into a real revenue line and be fluent in the commercial side of product as well as UX and features.
  • •Have shipped AI-powered products and understand what drives success and failure.
  • •Think in outcomes (e.g., resolutions handled, drafts sent, churn caught early) and bring strong monetization instincts to pricing and value tradeoffs.
  • •Have managed product managers before, and still be able to do the work yourself while coaching for judgment and product craft.
  • •Be data self-sufficient and technically fluent enough to collaborate meaningfully with engineers on system architecture.
