Key Responsibilities

•Lead a small team of Power BI developers responsible for departmental reports and ensure monthly production of performance indicators.
•Develop data processes related to customer quality and position them for the future.
•Act as a business analyst and product owner; manage an external data management service provider and collaborate with DT to test and implement solutions in production.
•Prioritize backlog items based on business value, risks, ROI, and technical dependencies; coordinate testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
•Prepare training materials and communicate project progress across levels.
