Mechanical Engineer IV - Wet Chemical Tool

Design and lead end-to-end mechanical system engineering for semiconductor equipment, translating product and module requirements into robust architectures with emphasis on system integration and wet/electrochemical process environments. Develop and validate mechanical and fluid delivery subsystems, perform thermal/structural/tolerance and flow analyses using simulation tools, plan tests, and analyze results. Drive release through PLM systems and communicate technical findings to cross-functional teams, management, and customers.
