Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, design, develop, deploy, and maintain tools for the Digital Workplace per development procedures and coding standards.
  • •Closely work with the team in Germany to gather requirements and drive projects to completion.
  • •Plan, estimate and prioritize development tasks; create technical and end-user product documents.
  • •Perform testing, debugging, and technical code reviews for projects developed.
  • •Migrate SharePoint sites and/or PowerApps solutions and conduct technical research to prepare PoCs/reports on updates and technology changes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years web development experience with hands-on in HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS and SQL databases.
  • •Strong experience with Agile software development and other software methodologies; able to work under changing requirements and tight deadlines.
  • •Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas/Model-Driven, Power Automate, PowerFx) and building Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) components or SPAs; familiarity with SharePoint Online/Office 365 and Azure services.
  • •Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph and REST APIs, plus GitHub (source control, branching, code reviews) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).
  • •Knowledge of modern software architecture patterns, UI/UX design principles, secure coding practices, documentation, and strong English communication.
