Loan Progression Specialist

Manage and oversee the end-to-end progression of mortgage applications, partnering with Mortgage Consultants and liaising with banks to meet SLA timelines. Arrange key milestones such as valuations and FOL signings, act as the first point of contact for clients, agents, and banks, and maintain accurate records using loan processing systems. Provide clear status updates, ensure compliance with Middle East mortgage regulations, and support occasional office administration duties.
