Job Summary

Own culture and engagement programs for a distributed, multi-hub workforce. You’ll design and run end-to-end initiatives including events, team building, recognition and milestones, branded merch, and employee engagement communications. Partner with hub experts as knowledge resources while setting the global standard, and manage vendors and budgets to deliver on-time programs. Travel across hubs to bring initiatives to life on the ground.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips to strengthen belonging and connection across a distributed team.
•Build and run scalable recognition programs and milestone moments (birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts, and more).
•Own branded merch end-to-end, including concept, production, vendor management, and distribution across hubs.
•Drive employee engagement and communications for a distributed workforce, advising teams on communication formats and best practices.
•Lead cross-hub global people initiatives that reinforce shared culture and a consistent employee experience everywhere Tabby operates.
