Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, track, and evaluate new-hire orientation and onboarding training in accordance with the People Pillar.
  • •Supervise new hires during the training period and recommend training needs, concerns, and continued employment to management/HR.
  • •Develop positive working relationships with new hires, peers, leaders, and clients.
  • •Schedule and coordinate multiple (sometimes simultaneous) training sessions and manage training venues, logistics, and equipment.
  • •Partner with trainers, supervisors, HR, benefits coordinators, and Excellence Coordinators to review materials and track compliance and results; assist with learning plan setup and training for employees.
