Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior executives to define an AI transformation agenda and drive the initial CxO conversation.
  • •Qualify sales opportunities through validation authority/commitment checks and potential for multi-year, seven-figure relationships.
  • •Co-author and run validation sprints end to end—immerse, prioritize, build, read out—developing solutions on customer real data and systems.
  • •Rebuild manufacturing processes on AI-first principles across workflows including new product development/gate review, quality/continuous improvement, portfolio/program management, operations/launch readiness, and process development/transformation.
  • •Turn sprint outcomes into ROI and KPI baselines and support executive value story readouts; co-own conversion into partnership proposal, scope, and post-sale handover.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in top-tier consulting, forward deployed engineering, solution consulting, or enterprise transformation with a manufacturing/industrial focus.
  • •Deep understanding of manufacturing operating processes including NPI and stage-gate/APQP, engineering change management, and quality systems (FMEA, 8D, PPAP).
  • •Fluency with the industrial enterprise stack (ERP such as SAP, PLM such as Teamcenter/Windchill/3DEXPERIENCE, MES, and quality management systems).
  • •Strong GenAI skills and ability to build working solutions (e.g., Miro, Cursor, Claude Code, Cowork, ChatGPT, Google/Microsoft suites, prompt/context engineering, MCP integrations).
  • •Ability to present business value with financial/ROI analysis and develop before/after value stories that stand up to finance scrutiny.
