Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and consistently update company-wide IT inventory, including requesting asset numbers and tracking labeling/tagging progress.
  • •Order and manage equipment including hardware and software licenses, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • •Manage hardware, software, and vendor lifecycle activities such as renewals, upgrades, and discount programs, and perform “true ups” and usage audits.
  • •Compile and maintain planned inventory/connectivity reports and other asset records, including conducting regular audits.
  • •Support request-ticket fulfillment and troubleshoot ordering/stocking needs for end-user support while creating and maintaining IT asset management documentation.

Key Requirements
