Key Responsibilities

•Meet sales and service goals through customer interactions, profiling, building relationships, using sales/customer service software, and following up by phone or email.
•Accurately open, close, and maintain customer accounts per established policies and procedures.
•Advise new and existing customers on Old Second products and services, including learning more complex retail products like IRAs and loans.
•Provide customer service to support branch customer service ratings, including internal survey results.
•Use cross training to act as a Teller as needed and perform basic transactions while maintaining operational accuracy and compliance (e.g., BSA/Fraud/CTR’s, CIP, Beneficial Ownership).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and 1+ years of related experience for Level 1; 2+ years for Level 2; 3+ years for Level 3, covering areas such as banking, cash handling, customer service/sales, or client relationship management.
•Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role and meet bank training requirements.
•Must work onsite to perform the responsibilities of the position.
•Level 3 requires successful completion of the Universal (Relationship) Banker Cross Training Development Plan curriculum (or equivalent experience).
•Must demonstrate knowledge and compliance with bank rules and regulations, including completion of annual training.
