Attorney - Investment Banking and Capital Markets

Serve as a capital markets attorney for the Investment Banking and Capital Markets legal team, advising internal business partners across debt and equity capital markets, M&A advisory, sales and trading, and equity research. Assess legal risk, provide legal advice, and support transactions through document preparation/review, legal research and analysis, and coordination with outside counsel. Maintain key client relationships and track legislative, regulatory, and case law developments affecting the banking industry.
