Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and administer contracts to ensure cost and schedule compliance for construction delivery.
  • •Run the contract change order process, documenting scope, cost, schedule impacts, risks, and assumptions.
  • •Maintain project controls data including change logs, commitments, forecasts, and progress tracking.
  • •Evaluate schedule impacts and critical path implications associated with contract changes and support mitigation opportunities.
  • •Prepare commercial and project controls reporting for project leadership and support negotiations, claims management, and dispute resolution activities.

Key Requirements

  • •8–15 years of contract administration experience within EPC/EPCM projects, preferably heavy industrial construction.
  • •Experience with project controls including cost control, change management, forecasting, and schedule analysis.
  • •Undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • •Knowledge of construction contract formation, including service and consultant agreements, and ability to administer post-award contracts.
  • •Advanced skills in MS Office and SharePoint, plus strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
