Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain foundational data architecture and engineering practices for Davies North America.
  • •Assemble large, complex datasets aligned to business non-functional and functional requirements using medallion architecture.
  • •Design and implement pipeline architecture and internal process improvements, including scalable infrastructure and automation via metadata orchestration.
  • •Develop infrastructure for ETL across multiple data sources using Microsoft technologies (Azure Data Factory, Fabric, SQL Server, Power BI).
  • •Create analytical tools and partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable business performance insights and resolve data-related technical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • •Ability to build and optimize data sets, big data pipelines, and architectures using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • •3–5 years experience managing BI or Data team.
  • •Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify process and data improvement opportunities.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.
