Job Summary

Supervise daily operations, administration, and the team within the Planning and Analysis department for the Cash Services function. Oversee daily preparation and delivery of CIT devices and printers to cash operations, handle device damage reporting, and rectify route discrepancies while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise daily operations, administration, and the team within the Planning and Analysis department.
•Resolve internal customer complaints and maintain internal controls.
•Monitor KPIs to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
•Plan and organize work activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
•Ensure daily preparation and delivery of CIT devices and printers to cash operations; identify/report device damages and rectify route discrepancies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
•Proven experience in a supervisory role with decision-making responsibilities.
•Basic knowledge of ATM and CDM operations; a banking background is an additional advantage.
•Ability to work collaboratively.
