Security Engineer, Incident Response

Lead technical response to security events and incidents across Twilio’s global infrastructure, services, and applications. Own the incident lifecycle end to end—triage, containment, remediation, and post-incident betterments—while building scalable security response processes. Create runbooks and standard operating procedures, support on-call and RCAs, and collaborate across R&D to improve threat mitigation and reliability. Use SIEM/SOAR and AI to enhance detections and automate manual response work.
