Hire Ahead Private Client Banker

Serve as a Private Client Banker in the Key Private Client Program, delivering plan-based financial advice and referrals for investment and insurance solutions. Build and manage a client referral pipeline, open consumer and business accounts, and deepen relationships with clients and branch partners through in-person meetings. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support teller-line transactions as needed, and help clients navigate financial wellness goals.
