Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs and delivering/referring appropriate investment and insurance solutions.
  • •Build and document a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal/external centers of influence and prospecting/disciplined calling efforts.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
  • •Open and service personal and business accounts and deposit products, including checking, small business accounts, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions; assist with branch/teller transactions as needed and participate in branch huddles.
  • •Work on Saturdays as directed by management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and ask fact-finding questions.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web).
