Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee mechanical-related offshore EPC execution for ADNOC Offshore brownfield projects.
  • •Ensure safe delivery of offshore platform construction, live facility modifications, and SIMOPS/shutdown execution.
  • •Manage multi-discipline construction management interfaces and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Develop and track construction planning, progress, and schedules under schedule pressure.
  • •Apply ADNOC Offshore construction and HSE standards, with a strong safety-first mindset.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
  • •Offshore construction experience is mandatory.
  • •Proven experience working on ADNOC Offshore brownfield projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of offshore platform construction, live facility modifications, and SIMOPS/shutdown execution.
  • •Deep understanding of ADNOC Offshore construction methodologies and HSE standards, including PTW & SIMOPS systems.
