Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with intelligence analysts to understand goals, constraints, and workflows, then translate them into technical solutions with clear success criteria.
  • •Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve intelligence collection and productize work so it is adopted and durable.
  • •Design, build, and own AI-powered internal applications end-to-end, including backend services, APIs, data storage, infrastructure, and user-facing interfaces.
  • •Develop custom agentic solutions using state-of-the-art models to augment and scale intelligence workflows.
  • •Own projects end-to-end, including architecture, scoping, delivery, iteration, and ongoing support, while building reliable systems that analysts depend on daily.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building scalable web applications, services, and APIs.
  • •Strong product sense to identify highest-impact, scalable solutions and ship products people keep using.
  • •Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript with strong back-end and systems engineering skills.
  • •Experience building backend systems, designing APIs, and working with datastores such as Postgres/pgvector, Pinecone, and Redis.
  • •Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools and applications, including modern AI models and agentic workflows or prototypes.
