Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and inspire your employees within the electrical (EL) group.
  • •Develop the business and participate in customer assignments.
  • •Ensure competence supply for the group, and establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • •Support sales and tender activities, including preparation and follow-up related to bids.
  • •Take on an additional role in current projects, such as assignment owner, project leader, technical responsible, or senior consultant.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold at least a university engineering degree (högskoleingenjörsexamen) or equivalent education/work experience in electrical (EL).
  • •Have extensive professional experience as a consultant, entrepreneur, project manager, or other role in the real estate/buildings industry.
  • •Be able to lead and distribute tasks within a project team.
  • •Have very good Swedish language skills, since most documentation and communication are in Swedish.
  • •Have good English skills, as WSP is a global company and English work occurs.
