Job Summary

Leading and delivering pre- and post-contract Cost & Commercial Management for complex building projects in Scotland. You will manage a team of Quantity Surveyors/Cost Managers, lead bid writing and client engagements, and ensure NEC/JCT contract compliance while driving commercially focused solutions across major buildings schemes within the PMCM Buildings group.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of Cost Managers, Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors across Building projects in the PMCM team.
•Deliver QS/Cost and Commercial Management services including estimating, cost planning, procurement and post-contract financial management.
•Lead bid writing, bid evaluation and winning work with clients and internal stakeholders.
•Represent WSP UK at industry events and manage cross-functional collaboration across teams.
•Provide staff training, mentoring, and project leadership to ensure delivery on time and budget.
