Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Cost Managers, Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors across Building projects in the PMCM team.
  • •Deliver QS/Cost and Commercial Management services including estimating, cost planning, procurement and post-contract financial management.
  • •Lead bid writing, bid evaluation and winning work with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Represent WSP UK at industry events and manage cross-functional collaboration across teams.
  • •Provide staff training, mentoring, and project leadership to ensure delivery on time and budget.
