Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a geographically distributed squad of Architects, delivery consultants, change and adoption specialists across market units to deliver Frontier Solutions.
  • •Define business outcomes and value metrics at engagement start; own realization through delivery, adoption and operate/improve phases.
  • •Oversee readiness, implementation, adoption and ongoing improvement of Catalyst Solutions for mid-market customers.
  • •Run QBR cadence with customers; validate outcome achievement and build forward roadmap to scale value.
  • •Collaborate with global squads and the CSP/Microsoft ecosystem to ensure pricing, co-investment structures, and go-to-market alignment support seamless customer engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technology consulting with a strong transformation and delivery track record in at least one Microsoft CSA domain
  • •Demonstrable domain depth and industry knowledge in SME&C across relevant sectors
  • •Experience leading distributed squads or teams across geographies with utilization and outcome accountability
  • •Active Microsoft certifications in the relevant CSA domain (preferred)
  • •Ability to define business outcomes, value metrics and ROI for mid-market buyers across the full lifecycle of engagements
