Job Summary

Lead enterprise architecture work for financial services clients, supporting account planning through opportunity execution and in-contract innovation. Baseline client landscapes, identify pain points and aspirations, and stitch multi-domain solutions with technical architects to optimize value and cost. Produce deliverables such as client insights, solution value propositions, workshop outputs, and innovation strategy documentation, while owning line-of-sight bookings KPI. Work with C-suite stakeholders across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

•Support client managers across account planning, opportunity seeding, opportunity strategy & execution, portfolio ideation, and in-contract innovation strategy.
•Baseline clients’ business and IT landscapes to understand pains and aspirations, then convert needs into high-level enterprise architecture.
•Stitch multi-domain solutions with solution and technical architects, optimizing total value and cost to help win deals.
•Create and deliver client insights, account plans, solution value propositions, and facilitated workshop deliverables.
•Define and drive innovation strategy for in-contract client installed bases and track bookings KPI tied to these activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or another technology discipline.
•Total 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years specializing in enterprise architecture.
•Experience in the FSI industry (banking, insurance, or financial services), including exposure to banking best practices and business models such as BIAN.
•Exposure to IT infrastructure best practices such as SDx, cloud, DevOps, Agile, and ITSM.
•Ability to create world-class proposals and communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders and strategic partners.
